About
What this site is
An independent guide to booking tours from Tamarindo — organized by people who think 500 unsorted listings is a problem worth fixing.
How the listings work
Every tour on this site is a real, bookable listing from Viator, a TripAdvisor company, serving the Tamarindo area. Prices, photos, and traveler ratings come from those live listings. What we add is the organization: honest categories, area pages that reflect how pickups actually work on this coast, and guides written to help you choose rather than to fill space.
When something is seasonal, weather-dependent, or never guaranteed — turtle sightings, whale season, Río Celeste's blue on a rainy week — we say so instead of promising it.
How we make money
Bookings are completed on Viator, with their prices, traveler protections, and cancellation policies. If you book through a link from this site, we may earn a commission from Viator. It never changes the price you pay, and it doesn't change which tours we surface — rankings here are driven by traveler ratings and review volume.
What we're not
We're not a tour operator, and we don't take bookings, payments, or reservations ourselves. For questions about a specific tour — pickup times, ages, what to bring — the operator, reachable through the Viator listing, is always the right source.
