Information, not a booking contract
We publish information to help you choose tours and plan time in and around Tamarindo, Costa Rica. Tour bookings are contracts between you and the tour operator, made through Viator on Viator's terms. We are not a party to them and don't handle payments, changes, refunds or cancellations.
Accuracy
We work to keep the information accurate. However, tours, prices, schedules, pickup zones, opening hours, road conditions and weather change. Prices on this site are a dated snapshot, and Viator's checkout is the price that applies. Confirm anything important, such as minimum ages, health requirements or pickup times, with the operator or business before relying on it.
Activities carry risk
ATV riding, surfing, ziplining, boating, fishing and similar activities involve real risk. Follow the operator's safety instructions, and decide for yourself whether an activity suits your health and ability.
Independent local services
Gaudy, the restaurants and the shops featured here are independent. Anything you arrange with them is between you and them.
