We're a guide, so the fastest answer usually comes from whoever runs the thing you booked. Here's who handles what.
A tour you booked (or want to book)
Viator handles payments, date changes, cancellations and refunds. The operator answers questions about pickup times, minimum ages and what to bring. Both are reachable from your booking confirmation or through Viator's help center. We can't see or change bookings.
A private driver, a custom day or local help
Gaudy is an independent Tamarindo guide and driver. You arrange tours, rides and airport transfers and shopping help directly with her, on WhatsApp or by phone.
