TamarindoTours.com is an independent guide. When you book a tour through one of our links, Viator pays us a commission. You pay the same price either way.

What we earn from
The tour buttons on this site (“Check availability on Viator”) send you to that exact tour on Viator, a Tripadvisor company. If you book within Viator's referral window, Viator pays us a percentage of the booking after your trip. You book, pay and cancel with Viator, and Viator's traveler protections and cancellation terms apply.
We are not a tour operator. We don't take payments, hold reservations or add a markup.
What that does not change
- Tours are ranked by traveler rating weighted by review count. No operator pays for placement.
- Prices shown here are a dated snapshot from Viator (last checked Sep 30, 2026). Viator's checkout shows the price that counts, and it can differ by date, group size and option.
- Star ratings are Viator traveler ratings, labelled as such. We don't collect or edit reviews.
Things we are not paid for
Restaurants and shops in the restaurant and shoppingguides don't pay to be listed. Tours, rides and errands with Gaudy, an independent local guide and driver, are arranged and paid directly with her, not through this site or Viator.
