About Gaudy
From Potrero, by way of the wider world
Gaudy was born and raised on the beach in Playa Potrero, up the coast from Tamarindo. The beaches, the back roads and the family kitchens of this part of Guanacaste are what she grew up with.
She also left. She lived in Europe and traveled well beyond Costa Rica, so she knows the feeling of landing somewhere new and trying to work out how to get around, where to eat and who to trust. Then she came home, because her family is here and this is the coast she'd choose again.
For visitors that adds up to something simple: one person, in English or Spanish, who answers your messages herself from the first question to the last drop-off. Her service is always private, just your group at your pace, and she has a soft spot for families, couples, girls' trips and women traveling on their own.
